Classes

Pilates Classes

  1. Pilates Core Beginner Friday 9AM
    Core training is for beginners and advanced students. Foundational Pilates movement are presented in detail with emphasis on technique. For beginners this class gives more room and time to learn and explore movement. For advanced students this class deepens the foundation of the core emphasizing full connection with the body. This class will explore the mind-body connection in depth with detailed deep engagement and release of muscle to bring the body to a state of awareness.
  2. Pilates Mat - Classic Tuesday & Thursday 7PM, Saturday 10AM
    Exercises and movements are performed on a mat, focused on core conditioning: the strengthening and stabilization of the abdominal, spine and pelvis. Clients will increase strength, flexibility, improve alignment, balance, coordination, and muscle tone. The Classical Pilates Mat classes are suitable for any level, and may utilize small props to bring additional challenge and support to your workout.
  3. Pilates Mat & Cardio Monday 6PM
    A unique combination of Mat Pilates and Cardio training. Lengthen and strengthen your body with Pilates core stability muscles. Get your heart rate up and break a sweat with the addition of small props and the BOSU ball. Ramp up you metabolism and get ready to burn off those extra Calories!
  4. BOSU & Stability Workout Tuesday 5:30PM
    An energizing Pilates-based workout incorporating core training, agility, balance, stabilization and dynamic motion utilizing the BOSU. Includes 15-20 minutes of low-impact cardio. Shoes optional (no black soles allowed on wood floor).

Yoga Classes

  1. Yoga Easy Flow Thursday 9:30AM
    Uses postures (asanas) and stretches in combination with the breath to develop strength, flexibility and relaxation, encouraging proper alignment of the body, balance, stamina, concentration, and calmness to the practitioner. PREREGISTRATION REQUIRED to attend this class.
  2. Yoga, Hatha Level 1/2 Tuesday, 9:30AM
    Uses postures (asanas) and stretches in combination with the breath to develop strength, flexibility and relaxation, encouraging proper alignment of the body, balance, stamina, concentration, and calmness to the practitioner. Classes lasting 1 or 1 1/2 hours, which includes larger component of relaxation/meditation/breathwork.

Equipment Classes

  1. Introduction to Reformer Wednesday 7AM
    This class is an introduction to the basic exercises on the reformer. It will help you to build strength, increase flexibility and develop a strong core.
  2. Pilates Reformer Monday 7:30AM, Wednesday 8AM
    In this class you will be guided through a series of controlled exercises on a Pilates Reformer, a resistance-based apparatus that allows for full range of motion and variable levels of difficulty. These classes are designed to target the entire body through an invigorating workout that simultaneously strengthens and stretches your entire body, helping you develop greater strength, improved balance, and ease of motion. The Reformer classes are available for students of all fitness levels, and allows you to maximize your workouts at an affordable rate. Class size is limited to four students and reservations must be made online. Please register by 9:00 PM the prior evening for early morning classes. If there is only one student, you may be refunded or asked to move into another class. (24-hour cancellation policy applies.) Students are guided to make all Allegro Reformer adjustments so that the class flows fluidly. If you are a beginning student speak with an instructor directly before class to familiarize yourself with the apparatus.
  3. Pilates Springboard Monday 8:30AM
    This group equipment class flows through a challenging, full-body spring-resistance workout encompassing mat, standing, and seated work. Class is limited to 5 participants. Online or Studio Pre-registration required to participate in this class. Please register by 9:00 PM the prior evening for early morning classes.
